You can be sent a password reset request using the “forgot password” button. This button is below the email and password section on the Cricket Health log in page. We will send you a password reset email. The email will come from Cricket Health and the subject is Reset Password.
Open the email and click the purple button that says Reset Your Password. It will open up a new page. On the new page, put the password you'd like to use in the first box, and then type the same thing in the second box and click "Change my password". Then you should be able to access the website again!
Your new password should be more than 8 characters, have an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number. You will not be able to use the same password that you used within the 5 previous passwords.
